Custom web design and development

I have been working with this organization for years. The first few years design was handled at OPUBCO where I scoped out the entire project in a multi-site format so that they could keep track of each years conference. Recently they contacted me to handle the new design for the 2020 conference. We decided to use a website builder called Elementor Pro so that the client could have more control of the layout upon launch. It was designed using Adobe XD.
