Custom web design and development

We were asked to help a local commercial real estate and property management company named Livingston Properties, to help design them a new website. They wanted a website where they could display their commercial properties that were for sale and lease. They also wanted to have a tenant directory as well.

This site was fully custom from top to bottom. There was a lot of logic built in to connect the properties with the tenants. For example, if a property was for lease, it would not be displayed in the directory unless the company opted to. However, with one click of a button, we are able to separate tenants from available spaces.

Another feature of the site is how each property is tied to its advisor. For each property listed, you can attach a broker for ease of contact. In addition, when you go to the advisors bio page, it also displays all the properties being represented by that advisor.

In image #2 below, you can see a “space availability” drop down. This was also automated. You could mark a space as available and it would be displayed in a list. This accordion could then be clicked and you could see the details of that particular space including a scrollable image gallery. See image #3 for the extended accordion.

With training, the client is now able to update their website easily as well as add or remove properties as they become available or are leased.
